Best way to work with troublesome young co-workers?

The first girl definitely seems annoying, prissy, etc. The second girl is just kinda snobby and gossipy, but I could. Probably put up with that. I'm pretty sure at as long as it doesn't look like you're totally giving into the first girl's will and make it seem more like you want to go outside, then no one will think they're trampling over you.
