What are the things I need to acquire when I want to live in Glendale Arizona?

I am a college freshmen and I took Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. after 4 years from now, I will graduate from the said course. I was just wondering what are the stuffs I need in order for me to hibernate to Glendale Arizona, I have a friend there. I also was curious if I need my parent's consent about this since when I finish college I am already of legal age in our country. I don't want them to know I'm leaving.
