Turkey holiday rep companies?

I am studying a travel And tourism qualification At college, when completed I would ideally like to be some sort of rep! I was wondering what companies offer jobs in turkey?? I know with companies such as Thomas cook you cannot specify where abouts you want to work! I want to just be in turkey! any ideas of jobs in turkey! :)
