Visiting Monterrey - what are some must-see sights?

I'll be arriving in Monterrey in about a week to do some tourism there before continuning on South. Right now, I'm planning on visitng Saltillo and the Cola de Caballo waterfalls. Are there any other must-see sights while I'm in Monterrey?
