Please can anyone tell me what is this?

This is the IP address of your internet router. This allows you to configure settings such as password, network name, and various other settings. To login to this, the User ID should be left blank. The password should be "Admin", "admin", "Administrator", or "administrator", or if you have a password set up on your network, that is the password for this. I hope that this works, that is what I have to do for mine. If it doesn't worj with the user ID blank, try your network name.
