If a guy does not like a girl then he does not talk to her at all. This guy wants to keep a friendship going with you but he also does not want to appear desperate so he does odd things and he asks you to move to another computer when he actually does not want you to move. You could try to make more effort to communicate with him , ask him stuff about what you are studying and do not let him get away with a silly answer , insist on a helpful answer without losing your cool. Try doing that from time to time without talking about personal things , in time he will be relaxed with you asking questions or making remarks about school stuff and he should start talking more to you about normal things and not about moving to another computer.
