What qualifications do you need to become a holiday rep?

Hi i am 15 years old and studying for my GCSE's and it came across me that everyone know's what they want to do when there older. Tourism is a big passion of mine and i would like to know some of the qualifications needed to become a Holiday Rep. (English, Maths and Science) are all compulsory and a language as well. but can some one help me so I can start to look forward to it. Thanks
